Skill Sessions are short, focused 30-minute personal coaching sessions designed to help you improve a specific movement or technique. Whether you’re chasing your first muscle-up, want to finally master Double Unders, sharpen your Snatch, or prepare for a race – our coaches are here to help you break through.
These sessions are ideal if you want to fine-tune a skill, overcome a technical plateau, or get extra input outside of your regular classes. As with full PT sessions, each Skill PT is 100% individualized and designed to meet your unique needs.
